The Sleep at Night Policy

“At db Home Improvements, we like to sleep at night—and the only way we can do that is if our customers are sleeping soundly, too. Decades ago, my helper at the time (who is my wife now) told a homeowner facing a major problem, ‘You have the right contractor for this to happen to.’ Even then, she knew I would come through any issue for my customers. We always say: You don’t truly know your contractor until something goes wrong. Anyone can look good when the sun is out, but we stay on your mission until it’s ‘Once and Done.’“

There is no substitute for experience. When we came from Connecticut to Florida back in 2005, there was quite an adjustment when experiencing the summer home mentality in construction practices here in Florida. Now it seems that all business practices have deteriorated from back then. We held onto our old school practices that worked so well in Connecticut. We like to sleep at night and more importantly, we like our customers to sleep at night by making the start to finish process a joy.

I read other sites and their reviews often and have found that businesses can write anything online. I would rather have my customers explain what their experience was with us than say it myself.
